Refund Policy

Digital files

No refunds after a file has been downloaded — this is standard for digital goods, since the product can’t be returned. If your order failed, the download is broken, or you were charged twice, write to us and we’ll fix it.

Printed objects

Every piece is made to order, so we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. If your item arrives defective or damaged, send photos within 14 days of delivery and we’ll reprint and reship it at no cost.
